Our brand ambassador programme involves St Pierre Groupe’s brands (St Pierre and Baker Street) working with individuals to help promote the brands’ products predominantly through their own social media channels, as well as on their websites and our brands digital marketing platforms (social, websites and email marketing). Brand ambassadors are both paid-for and gifted through our programme, subject to individual contracts.

  • Management of in-store POS (Point Of Sale) and display to help us track our sales;
  • Management of shows, events and trade

4 – On what basis do we collect your data?

In short: We must have a valid reason to use your data. One of the reasons we need to collect your Personal Data is that it is necessary for us to perform our contract with you. Another reason is the fact that we have a legitimate interest that justify the processing, or that we have a legal obligation to process the data. In all other cases, we will process your Personal Data because we have your consent.

5 – How long do we keep your data?

In short: We will not retain your Personal Data indefinitely. 7 – Is your data transferred outside of the United Kingdom or the European Union?

8.1 – Your rights under the UK GDPR

In detail: You have the right to access your Personal Data and request that it be rectified, supplemented or updated. You can also request the erasure of your data, to restrict our processing, or object to our processing, provided you can justify a legitimate reason.
